Terms of Service

Orynvo is a personal organization app, built and operated by an individual, not a company. These terms are written in plain language rather than dense legal text — by creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

Orynvo provides notes, personal finance tracking, business record-keeping, a unified email inbox, and an AI assistant that can answer questions and, with your explicit confirmation, make changes to your data on your behalf. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

Your account

• You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and connecting other services (like email) to it.
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app.

The AI assistant

The assistant is a tool, not a guarantee of accuracy. It can make mistakes, misunderstand a request, or occasionally act on stale or incomplete information. Actions that delete or change existing data always require your explicit confirmation before anything happens — nothing destructive is ever done automatically. You’re responsible for reviewing what it proposes before approving it, and for verifying anything important (financial figures, business records) rather than relying on the assistant alone.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Orynvo for anything illegal, don’t attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts, and don’t use it in a way that places excessive load on the infrastructure it runs on (for example, automated scripted abuse of the API). Accounts used this way may be suspended or terminated.

Emails we send you

We send account-related emails you can’t opt out of — password resets, security notices, and similar. We may also send promotional or product-update emails about Orynvo itself; you can unsubscribe from those specifically at any time via the link in the email, without affecting account-related email.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party providers — Anthropic for the AI assistant, ElevenLabs for voice, Resend for account emails, and Google or Microsoft if you connect email through them. Those providers have their own terms and availability, which are outside Orynvo’s control. See the Privacy Policy for details on what’s shared with each.

No warranty

Orynvo is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. It’s run by one person as a personal project, not backed by a company or a support team — there’s no guarantee of uptime, and it may have bugs. Regular backups are taken, but you shouldn’t treat this as your only copy of anything irreplaceable.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be changed at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update — continuing to use Orynvo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
